GENERAL FEATURES:
  • Severe Duty 540RPM Large Sump Gearbox Includes an Over-Running Clutch, Which Provides Two Advantages:
    • First, Easy Alignment & Attachment of the PTO Shaft to the Tractors Output Shaft:
      • O.R. Clutch Enables Free Spin of the PTO Shaft For Alignment!
    • Second, Smooth Shut Down:
      • O.R. Clutch Allows Mower Gearbox to Free-Wheel to a Stop, Eliminating Abrupt Shutdowns & Wear of the Tractors PTO Brake!
    • 1000RPM Gearbox Available Separately.
  • Heavy Duty Forged & Hardened Steel Hammer Blades Have 360° Swing:
    • Swinging Hammer Blades Allow Some 'Kick-Back' For Providing Blade Protection When Contacting Boulders, Steel Posts, Or Other 'Non-Vegetation' Fixed Objects.
      • If Your Ground Is Reasonably Free From Fixed Objects (Boulders, Steel Posts, etc.), Then Consider Our Fixed Tooth Model Which Will Provide More Aggressive Land Clearing Mulching With Better Ground Speeds.
  • Hydraulically Operated Mulching Door Can Be Operated 'On-The-Fly' To Coordinate Ground Speed & Desired Results In Varied Demands:

    • Rear Roller Can Provide 2" to 4" Of Working Height Adjustment Via Adjustable Positions & Radius Of Travel.
  • Double Skinned Mulcher w/Each Deck At 5/16" Thick!
  • Double Under Deck Mulching Counter Blade Captures & Further Reduces Material.
  • Extra Wide Single Position Bolt-On Skid Shoes Provide Support On Softest Grounds While Allowing Mulching & Grinding Activity To Be Flush To Grade!
    • Skid Shoes & All Working Contact Parts Made with Abrasion Resistant Steel!
    • Front & Rear Radiused Skid Shoes For Contact with Stumps & Prevention of Material Accumulation.
  • Double Sets of Pull Arm Pin Holes:
    • Top Holes Are Standard Pin Diameter. Use Pull Arm Draft Control Or Maintain A Desired Elevation To Follow Tractors Pull Arm Position.
    • Bottom Vertically Oval Pin Holes Allows Mulcher To Follow Terrain With About 4" Of Float At The Pull Arms.
  • Push Bars Forward Pitch Has Infinite Adjustment Via Turnbuckle.
    • Grade To Top Of Push Bar is 70" With Pitch As Shown In Photos.
  • Double Row Of Heavy Duty Front Chain Guards.
